Life In Motion Apps ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application studio that develops and publishes apps across health, lifestyle, productivity, and other categories. This privacy policy applies to all applications published by Life In Motion Apps and to the website lifeinmotionapps.com (collectively, "our Services").

Each of our apps may handle data differently depending on its features. This policy describes our general approach; any app-specific differences are noted within the app's own in-app disclosures or on its dedicated page.

By using any of our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. What Data We Collect

2a. Data Stored on Your Device

Most user-generated data — such as health logs, personal goals, settings, and usage history — is stored on your device. Some features may sync data with our servers to enable functionality such as creating groups, connecting with friends, or sharing progress. Locally stored data includes (where applicable):

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve our apps. This data cannot identify individual users and includes:

2c. Purchase & Transaction Data

Some of our apps are paid or offer in-app purchases (one-time purchases, subscriptions, or consumables). We do not directly process payments — all transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We may receive limited, anonymized purchase receipts to verify entitlements (e.g. to unlock premium features). We do not store your payment card details.

If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide (e.g. your email address and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry.

2e. Account & Social Data

Some of our apps may offer optional social features such as display names, groups, or shared progress. If you choose to use these features, we store your chosen display name and group membership on our servers (Firebase). This data is only used to enable the social features you opt into. You can delete this data at any time from within the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. Third-party services such as AdMob may use anonymous identifiers as described in Section 5.

5. Advertising

Free versions of our apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

Paid apps and premium versions of our apps are ad-free.

6. Paid Apps & In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your payment card details. Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your device's store account settings. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google per their respective policies.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

For data stored on your device, you control its deletion:

For data stored on our servers (e.g. display names or group membership), you can delete it from within the app.

Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months per Google Firebase's standard data retention policy. Support emails are deleted upon request.

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at everydaylife985@gmail.com.

9. International Users

Our apps are available globally. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps, practices, or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you within the app. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
