Life In Motion Apps ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application studio that develops and publishes apps across health, lifestyle, productivity, and other categories. 2a. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
Most of the data generated by our apps โ such as health logs, personal goals, settings, and usage history โ is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted to our servers. This includes (where applicable):
- Daily health and lifestyle logs (e.g. water intake, caffeine, sleep, activity)
- Personal goals and targets you configure
- Notification and reminder preferences
- In-app settings and configurations
2b. Anonymous Analytics
We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve our apps. This data cannot identify individual users and includes:
- Crash reports and error logs (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- Anonymous app usage events (via Firebase Analytics)
- Device type, OS version, and app version
- Session duration and feature interaction data
2c. Purchase & Transaction Data
Some of our apps are paid or offer in-app purchases (one-time purchases, subscriptions, or consumables). We do not directly process payments โ all transactions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We may receive limited, anonymized purchase receipts to verify entitlements (e.g. to unlock premium features). We do not store your payment card details.
2d. Support Communications
If you contact us for support, we collect the information you provide (e.g. your email address and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our apps and services
- To diagnose bugs and fix performance issues
- To verify in-app purchases and unlock paid features

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.
4. Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Google) โ crash reporting, anonymous analytics, and push notifications
- Google AdMob โ advertising in free versions of our apps (uses anonymous advertising identifiers)
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store โ payment processing and purchase verification
- RevenueCat โ subscription and in-app purchase management (if applicable in specific apps)
We only integrate third-party services that are necessary for the core functionality of each app.
5. Advertising
Free versions of our apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
- iOS: Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Tracking โ disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings โ Google โ Ads โ "Delete advertising ID"
Paid apps and premium versions of our apps are ad-free.
6. Paid Apps & In-App Purchases
Some of our apps are available as paid downloads, or offer optional in-app purchases such as:
- One-time purchases to unlock the full app or specific features
- Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or annual)
- Consumable purchases (e.g. additional content packs)
All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription management and cancellation is handled through your device's store account settings. We do not issue refunds directly โ refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google per their respective policies.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Since your personal data is stored locally on your device, you control its deletion:
- Clear app data through your device's Settings
- Use the "Reset Data" option within the app (where available)
- Uninstall the application
Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months per Google Firebase's standard data retention policy. Support emails are deleted upon request.
8. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at everydaylife985@gmail.com.
9. International Users
Our apps are available globally.
