Daily Water & Coffee Tracker ("we", "our", or "the app"), developed and operated by Life in Motion, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Daily Water & Coffee Tracker mobile application.
1. Information & Data Usage
Daily Water & Coffee Tracker does not require account creation and does not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
All water and coffee intake data entered by the user is stored locally on the device only. This hydration data is not transmitted to our servers, shared, or sold. Technical information collected by third-party services (such as advertising and analytics SDKs) is handled separately and is described in Section 2.
2. Advertising
The app may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.
These partners may automatically collect limited technical information, including device identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP address, app interaction data, and approximate location derived from IP address, in accordance with their own privacy policies. On Android devices, where the user has provided consent or where consent is not legally required, this information may be used to deliver personalized advertising (including remarketing) and to measure ad performance. On iOS devices, the app currently uses non-personalized advertising only.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are presented with a consent form on first launch, where they can choose between personalized and non-personalized advertising. Users in California and other applicable US states can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising purposes through the same form. Both choices can be changed at any time via Settings → "Manage privacy settings".
Users outside these regions can manage ad personalization through their device's system settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising).

3. Health Disclaimer
Daily Water & Coffee Tracker is intended for personal hydration and beverage tracking purposes only.
The app does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. Use of the app is at the user's own discretion and responsibility.
4. Data Retention & Security
All user-entered app data (hydration logs, goals, and preferences) is stored locally on the user's device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled. Standard operating system security measures are relied upon to protect locally stored data.
Anonymous analytics, crash diagnostics, and advertising-related technical information collected by third-party services are retained and processed by those services in accordance with their own retention policies. Please refer to Section 2 for details and links.
5. Children's Privacy
Daily Water & Coffee Tracker is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
